The Neue Schule Zürich is a state-authorised private day school at Stapferstrasse in Zurich, founded in 1942 by a group of parents on a Christian-ecumenical basis. It is still run by that parents' association and operates as a non-profit. Around 200 students attend across three routes: a four-year Gymnasium leading to the Schweizerische Maturitätsprüfung, a pro-gymnasial Sekundarschule A, and a preparatory class for entry to a Mittelschule. Alongside the timetable the school runs an economics project, a language stay abroad, project weeks, sports days and a household and workshop week.
