How our reviews work
Every review on this platform comes from a verified event — a real school visit, an enrolled family, or an invitation distributed through the school. Schools cannot select, edit, or remove reviews. This page explains exactly how that works.
Every reviewer is verified
We only accept reviews tied to something we can check: a campus tour booked through our platform, a family whose enrolment was processed through our admissions tools, or a single-use invitation code distributed by the school to its community. Each verified event allows exactly one review. There is no open review form — nobody can review a school they have no connection to. Every review carries a badge showing how it was verified.
Who can review, and what readers see
Families who toured a school, current and former parents, and alumni can review. Reviews are displayed anonymously — readers see the reviewer's role (for example "Current parent") and the date, never their name. We hold the reviewer's identity privately so that every review is accountable while parents can be honest about a school their child attends.
No incentives, no cherry-picking
Nobody is paid or rewarded for writing a review, and reviews are never conditioned on being positive. When a school invites its parent community to review, it must invite a whole cohort — not hand-picked happy families. All reviews that comply with our guidelines are published, positive and negative alike. Schools cannot hide or reorder them. Aggregate scores are only shown once a school has at least 5 reviews. Testimonials — quotes a school collects and selects itself — are shown in a separate section, always labeled "selected by the school".
Schools can respond — not remove
Every school can publish one public reply per review. Replies appear beneath the review, clearly labeled. Schools cannot edit or delete the review itself.
Moderation and removal
Schools and readers can report a review that names individual staff members, contains false factual claims, is offensive, or doesn't come from a genuine visitor or family. Reporting never hides a review — our team checks every report against these guidelines and removes the review only if it breaks them. Removed reviews are excluded from scores. Reviews cannot be edited after submission.
Questions or takedown requests
If you believe a review violates your rights or our guidelines, contact us through the contact page with a link to the review and the reason. We assess every notice and respond promptly.
