The International School of Ticino is at Via Ponteggia in Cadempino, north of Lugano, and has taught in Ticino for around ten years. It serves ages 3 to 19 and is authorised for the Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes; the school says it is the only IB continuum school in the canton and the first in Ticino to offer the IB Career-related Programme. Students work in English, Italian and German, with French and Spanish also taught. Thirty nationalities are represented. The school belongs to the Inspired group, alongside sister schools in Monza, Milan, Como, Siena, Modena and Bergamo.
