Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz is a boarding and day school in Zuoz, in the Upper Engadine valley of Graubünden, for students aged 12 to 19. It opened in 1904 as the Institut Engiadina with 22 students. Around 330 attend today, from more than 45 nationalities, of whom roughly 220 board and 120 are day students. Boarders live in five houses. Students can work towards the Swiss Matura, including bilingual German-English and Italian-German options, the IGCSE, or the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. A German Intensive Year is available as preparation for entry. Classes average 18 students, with one teacher for every five students.
