KAIROS is a private school at Dammweg in Lenzburg, in the canton of Aargau, teaching the lower-secondary years at both Sekundarschule and Bezirksschule level, the two academic tracks used in the Aargau system. Learning groups hold at most fifteen. The school runs two profiles: Skill, for pupils already competing in sport, art or music, who take a compact morning timetable and keep their afternoons free to train, entry requiring a portfolio, a place in a sports squad or an m-Check certificate; and Grow, which builds project work and self-directed learning towards the move into post-compulsory education. Mornings are shared by everyone and followed by a communal lunch, which the school cooks together once a week; afternoons diverge by profile.
