About the School
Ecole Mont-Olivet is a private day school on Chemin de Crétanaux in Vich, between Nyon and Rolle, founded in 1917 by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary and settled on its present site for close to twenty years. Around 300 pupils attend, from kindergarten at three through to the Swiss maturité, which the school began offering in 2025. Teaching is trilingual: German from kindergarten and English from the first primary year, both with native-speaker teachers. Judo has been part of the sports curriculum since September 2022 under a long-term partnership with the Swiss Judo and Ju-Jitsu Federation, and there is a judo club and a tennis school on site. The school opens from half past seven in the morning until half past six, and belongs to the Association Vaudoise des Écoles Privées.
