Ecole Active de Malagnou is a private bilingual day school on Route de Malagnou in Geneva, taking children from three to twelve across four cycles, from the pre-school years to the end of primary. Around 80 children attend and teaching runs by immersion in French and English. The pedagogy treats the child as an active enquirer: there is a philosophy programme for children, class councils, personal projects, and a system in which older pupils mentor the younger ones. Meals, a library and after-school study are provided on site. Annual fees start at CHF 12,000. The school holds the QSC quality certification and belongs to the Association Genevoise des Écoles Privées.
