About the School
The Deutsche Schule Genf is a German international school in Vernier, in the canton of Geneva, teaching children from age three to eighteen. It covers the pre-school years, primary school and secondary school, and leads to the Deutsches Internationales Abitur, which is recognised as equivalent to the Swiss Matura and the French baccalauréat. Teaching is in German, with French and English integrated from early on. The school carries the German federal quality label Exzellente Deutsche Auslandsschule, is a Goethe examination centre for young people, and belongs to the PASCH network and the Verband Schweizerischer Privatschulen.
