Institut Beatenberg is a co-educational boarding and day school at Waldeggstrasse in Beatenberg, above Lake Thun in the Bernese Oberland. It was founded in 1945. The school works from a personalised learning model built around what it calls multiple fitness, organising the timetable around each learner's starting point rather than a single standard route. An external assessment describes the learning environment as clearly oriented towards individual prerequisites and self-directed learning.
