EHL Hospitality Business School was founded in Lausanne in 1893 as the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, and states that it pioneered the methods of Swiss hospitality management education. It now teaches on three campuses: Lausanne and Passugg near Chur in Switzerland, and Singapore. Programmes run from a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts through master's degrees, MBA programmes and a Doctor of Business Administration, alongside executive education, Swiss professional diplomas and culinary certificates. The school describes more than 125 years of setting standards in the field.
