The Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland teaches culinary and pastry disciplines from two campuses, Le Bouveret and Brig. Programmes run from one-year professional Swiss diplomas in culinary arts and in pastry arts, through three-year bachelor's degrees in culinary arts and in pastry, bakery and chocolate arts, to a one-year Master of Arts in Culinary Business Management. The academy is part of Swiss Education Group and carries American Culinary Federation affiliation. It holds the Mosimann Collection. It states that it is the only culinary school ranked in the QS World University Rankings, placing among the top institutions in the 2026 edition.
