École Vivalys is a private day school on Chemin des Champs-Courves in Ecublens, near Lausanne and the EPFL campus, covering the first seven HarmoS years — roughly ages four to eleven. It follows the Vaud cantonal programme, with English taught from the youngest class by a native speaker. The school opens from half past seven in the morning until six in the evening and runs its own transport across the Lausanne region, and its grounds include an 1,800-square-metre play area.
