Academia Bilingual School Winterthur

Academia Bilingual School Winterthur is a small private day school teaching in German and English, from the Vorkindergarten to the end of the Sekundarschule. It is recognised by the canton of Zurich and sits on the WIN4 campus on Grüzefeldstrasse in Winterthur, alongside sports facilities. As a day school it looks after pupils from 7.15 in the morning to 6.30 in the evening, with lunch on the campus and an optional, paid after-school programme. Its teachers come from Switzerland, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand, Ireland and Finland, and children of around 20 nationalities attend. Pupils with a talent for sport, music or dance can combine school with training. After the Sekundarschule, pupils can move without an entrance examination to the English-language Gymnasium of Academia International School or to the sports, dance and music Gymnasium of Swiss Academy Zurich, both on the same campus.
