About the School
Ceruleum is a private art school on Rue du Port-Franc in the Flon district of Lausanne, founded in 1980. Its preparatory class readies students for the entrance examinations of the Swiss art universities and for the federal vocational certificate, and since 2005 it has also taught at École Supérieure level. It awards European Bachelor degrees in illustration and comics and in animation cinema and digital animation, runs master's programmes, and teaches a twelfth artistic year in collaboration with École Sofia. Classes are led by working artists and illustrators, with guest professionals running thematic workshops. Its higher programmes are accredited by the Fédération Européenne des Écoles and carry ECTS credits. The school belongs to the Association Vaudoise des Écoles Privées.
