Academia Matura

Academia Matura prepares young people and adults for the International A Levels, an internationally recognised upper-secondary qualification that gives access to universities in Switzerland and abroad. The route covers six subjects, three at IGCSE level and three at A Level, chosen with an adviser according to the degree a student is aiming for. Students combine one-to-one lessons, small-group Flextime courses of about five to eight participants, and guided self-study, full-time or alongside work, and the model is designed to fit around training, competitions and performances for young athletes, musicians and dancers. Teaching takes place at six locations, in Aarau, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, Winterthur and Zurich, and online. Academia Matura belongs to the Academia group and has prepared students for the Matura for more than 15 years; it reports a 96 per cent success rate at the International A Level examinations.
